It's getting pretty heated up in Columbus at the moment.
Earlier in the month there was some drama with goalie Sergei Bobrovsky where he was suspended by the team for a game, eventually returning later in the week.
Now earlier this week, Artemi Panarin's agent, Daniel Milstein, said that Panarin will not be discussing a contract with the Blue Jackets during the season and plans to go wait until July 1st.
Columbus fans weren't too happy with that and the forward was boo'd during starting lineups announcements as they hosted the Buffalo Sabres.
Panarin still registered two assists during the loss, but with the forward not willing to commit to Columbus it seems fans don't want anything to do with him.
Blue Jackets GM Jarmo Kekalainen said his phone has been ringing off the hook since Milstein made the announcement, so it doesn't sound like it should be hard to trade the forward if that's the route the Blue Jackets want to go.
A smattering of boos when Artemi Panarin is announced in the starting lineup and when he touches the puck shortly after #CBJ win face-off.
