On Sunday we saw bunch of NHL coaches given their walking papers during the first day of offseason action for teams that didn't make the playoffs.

Los Angeles, Florida and Buffalo all let their head coaches go.

The hottest coaching free agent on the market was without a doubt Joel Quenneville and he's now officially off the market.

Quenneville has come to an agreement to be the next head coach of the Florida Panthers joining old Chicago Blackhawks GM Dave Tallon.

More to come.
