The NHL is preparing for training camps next week and players continue to return to their team cities.
That also means that a large number of players are being tested.
With that in mind, the NHL released it's latest update regarding test results and we have some new positive tests.
The latest numbers indicate that 23 players tested positive out of 396, an increase of 8 players compared to the test results of June 29.
On top of that, another player tested positive outside of the Phase 2 testing bringing that number up to 12.
All players who test positive must go through the respective protocols outlined by Health Canada or the CDC.
