Edmonton Oilers forward Jesse Puljujarvi has been all over hockey headlines lately and it won't be stopping anytime soon.

The forward has signed on to play in Europe and doesn't want to play with the Edmonton Oilers at all and isn't interested in signing a new deal.

One of the greatest Fins in Oilers history has decided to speak out and he doesn't believe Puljujarvi has what it takes to make it in Edmonton.

"Puljujärvi never really had what it takes to make it in Oilers. He is a very skilled player but in Edmonton you just need to have something more. Believe me, I know!!

However all the best to Jesse. He makes upcoming Liiga season very interesting"

He knows from experience and doesn't believe Puljujarvi was built for a hockey city like Edmonton.

"Edmonton is 100% hockey town where everyone expects you to give 110%. And not just game days but all the time! I loved it but I know it can be hard for many players!! Especially when you are a young kid with high expectations."

Ouch!
