The Anaheim Ducks find themselves in a tough rebuilding process and looking to make some moves at the trade deadline.
While the Ducks do have a very interesting prospect system, they're looking to add to it this year as they're not exactly in the best salary cap situation moving forward.
One player who will likely be on the move is defenseman Josh Manson.
The 29 year old has been mentioned in trade rumors for the last couple of years and with the blueliner set to become UFA during the 2022 offseason, now is the time to move him.
Manson carries an $4.1million AAV and a modified no trade clause.
According to various reports including Eklund from HockeyBuzz, the Manson sweepstakes are heating up.
Eklund reports that Winnipeg, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington and Toronto are the front runners at the moment.
