It seems like a familiar face has landed himself another job in the NHL.

According to reports, former Toronto Maple Leafs' and Detroit Red Wings' head coach Mike Babcock is being looked at to take over the job in Vancouver.

Babcock has had lots of success with the Wings, Leafs and Team Canada at the Olympics but hasn't been able to land a job after getting fired by the Leafs.

The Canucks season has absolutely gone down the drain under head coach Travis Green and management and fans aren't happy at all.

There were reports of a big meeting last week in Vancouver between owners and management.

Babcock's style of coaching is looked at as the best possible solution to save what's left of the Canucks season.
