It's a total disaster start to the season and it doesn't look like things will be changing anytime soon for the Los Angeles Kings.
We've heard recently that they're trying to trade forward Tyler Toffoli, however it sounds like their whole roster is for sale.
NHL insider Pierre LeBrun reports that team has finally decided that it's time for a full rebuild and are willing to blow it up.
LeBrun adds that the only untouchables are captain Anze Kopitar and defenseman Drew Doughty.
Ilya Kovalchuck, Dustin Brown, Jeff Carter, Kyle Clifford, Alec Martinez, Jonathan Quick and more are all available through trade.
General manager Rob Blake believes that Doughty and Kopitar deserve the truth and has been in communication with them.
“Those two in particular I have lots of communication with just to let them understand exactly what we’re doing,’’ Blake told The Athletic on Monday.
Some interesting players and contracts on this roster.
