The Boston Bruins lost a big game this afternoon in Boston to the New York Rangers by a score of 5-2.
However it's something that happened between the two benches that seems to be the talk of the town.
There was some big beef going on between Bruins' forward Brad Marchand and Rangers' forward Artemi Panarin.
The two were yelling at each other and it ended with Panarin taking his glove off and throwing it at Marchand who was on the Bruins bench.
After the game Marchand joked about the incident.
“That one caught me off guard a little bit.”
“We were talking about what we had for Thanksgiving dinner. He didn’t like what I ate.”
However Rangers forward Ryan Strome hinted that it was something a bit more serious.
“No comment. It’ll come out someday.”
Punk move by Panarin. He should hear from the league on that one pic.twitter.com/aJVCYbdhvJ
